Durston’s Stepped Mandrels with a tang. Designed and manufactured from tool grade steel which is then hardened to 64 RC, ground and polished to perfect finish. The tang enables you to secure the mandrel in a vice clamped to your workbench to provide extra grip and stability when working. This is a round, stepped mandrel measuring 210mm to the start of the tang, and the tang adds an additional 60mm to the length. The steps in the mandrel enable forming at 51mm diameter 57, 64 and 70mm diameter. Weighs 2kg.
