The Durston DRM W130E Rolling Mill, The perfect solution for exclusively rolling Wire, the main rolls include 19 square grooves ranging from 8mm to 1mm and the side extension giving the ability to roll half rounds from 4mm to 1.5mm (4 groves)
The full range of groove sizes on the main roll are as follows, 8mm , 7mm, 6mm, 5.2mm, 4.5mm, 3.9mm, 3.4mm, 3mm, 2.5mm, 2.2mm, 1.9mm, 1.7mm, 1.5mm, 1.35mm, 1.2mm, 1.15mm, 1.1mm, 1.05mm, 1mm. These are the minimum sizes for each groove when the rolls are fully closed, as you open the rolls, larger sizes can be achieved.
This manually operated Rolling Mill uses a direct drive system with self lubricating bearings giving maintenance free use.
Adjust this Rolling Mill with ease using the top mounted wheel, calibrated to give precise accuracy, as with all Durston Rolling Mills in the DRM Range, the body is solid cast iron giving ultimate strength, which combined with RC64 induction hardened rolls ensures a lifetime of rolling with professional results.
