Durston Tools is the market leader in precision rolling mills and no wonder; the DRM C130 Powered Rolling Mill is constructed from cast iron for optimal strength and rigidity. The C130 is a powered combination mill for both flat metal and square wire powered milling. The 1.1KW 110-volt motor is powerful enough for continuous operation, which is why Durston Tools’ mills have such a long working life. This versatile package has variable speeds from 5 to 20 RPM and a highly efficient, near-silent operation. The rolls are especially induction hardened to 64 RC; the main barrel to a depth of 6mm, ensuring your rolls last a lifetime. The rolls themselves are combination rolled providing both flat and square wire rolling. The mill includes 11 square grooves of wire rolling from 8mm to 1mm. Side extension rollers offer a total of four half-rounds of 4, 3, 2 and 1.5mm. Safety features include an emergency stop button, safety bars at the front and rear of the mill, guards covering the extension rollers as well as guards covering the top gears.
