The all-new Agile F130 Rolling Mill is a special edition to the range of Durston rolling mills, coming from the same stable as the bestselling combination mills such as the DRM F130. It is a dedicated sheet rolling mill and features no wire milling grooves on the main rollers. It is lighter by having thinner frames, but where the mill needs its strength, it’s entirely designed to support the load without any compromise on quality. A traditional T-bar replaces the hand wheel, and you’ll find five half rounds as part of the primary roller. The rolls are specially induction hardened to 64 RC, the main barrel to a depth of 6mm ensuring your rolls last a lifetime. The Agile F130’s bearing blocks are fully supported which is essential to give the best possible rolled finish. The bearings are self-lubricating and wholly maintenance-free and to produce the best possible rolled finish. Behind the cover, you’ll find two specially formed gears to make rolling even smoother.
